Before You Visit
We know leaving your dog in someone else’s care is a big deal, and we don’t take that trust lightly. Before your pup’s visit, we encourage all new members to review our policies, requirements, and what to expect during their stay with us. Our goal is to make every visit safe, smooth, stress-free, and full of love for both you and your dog.
Requirements Checklist
Review important information, requirements, and helpful tips to help your pup have a safe, happy, and successful visit with us.
Age
- 8 weeks or older for walking/drop-ins and to participate in training classes
- 12 weeks or older for boarding and daycare
- 16 weeks or older for Board & Train programs
Vaccinations
- Bordetella
- DHPP
- Rabies
- Flea/Tick and Heartworm preventative
Happy & Healthy
- No major health issues (open wounds, irritable bowels, nasal drainage, cough, etc.)
- Acting like their normal self!
- Please let us know if they're on any medication, have any health issues, or need monitoring
Collars & Leashes
- No e-collars, prong collars, choke chains, or any punishment-based equipment
- Please use quick-release collar or well-fitted harness with standard, non-retractable leash
